The Long Game classes 

Stay active, independent, and feeling your best with our welcoming, in-person classes designed specifically for adults aged 50 and over.

These sessions focus on the things that matter most as we get older: building strength, improving balance, and maintaining mobility, all in a supportive, friendly environment where you can move at your own pace.

Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to stay consistent, you’ll be guided every step of the way.

What to expect 

Each class is carefully structured to help you feel confident and capable.

Mobility Warm-Up (10 minutes)
We begin with gentle, joint-friendly movements to loosen up the body, improve range of motion, and prepare you safely for exercise.

Strength Circuit
Using a mix of bodyweight and simple equipment, you’ll work through a series of exercises designed to build muscle, support your joints, and make everyday activities easier.

Balance, Core & Flexibility (10 minutes)
We finish with targeted balance drills, core exercises, and stretches to help reduce the risk of falls, improve posture and let you move with ease.
