Please read this carefully before using any content, course, or membership.
Everything provided by The Long Game, including courses, guides, videos, and the Train for Life membership, is educational and general in nature. It is not medical advice, a clinical assessment, or a personalised treatment plan, and it does not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
The guidance, exercises, and content we provide are general in nature and not personalised to you individually. They may not be suitable for everyone, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, have had recent surgery, or have specific physical limitations.
If you have any health concerns, a pre-existing condition, or you're unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you, please speak to your GP, physiotherapist, or another qualified healthcare professional before starting.
Using our content or joining Train for Life does not create a physiotherapist-patient, doctor-patient, or any other clinical or professional relationship between you and The Long Game.
Please confirm that none of the following apply to you:
If any of the above apply to you, please get medical advice and clearance from your GP before starting. A general health check and blood pressure test is always a good idea before beginning any new exercise routine, and if you're a Train for Life member, please watch the Health Check video in the membership before your first session.
All exercise carries some inherent risk, including but not limited to muscle soreness, joint strain, cardiovascular stress, falls, and injury. By choosing to take part, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you're responsible for your own health and safety, including making sure your exercise environment is safe and any equipment you use is in good working order and is used in line with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, unusual pain, or anything that doesn't feel right. You're free to stop or withdraw from any session or programme at any time.
If your health changes at any point, including a new diagnosis, surgery, pregnancy, a change in medication, or new symptoms, please get medical clearance before continuing.
This applies to LIVE WORKOUT ONLY. If an emergency arises during your participation, you consent to emergency medical treatment being sought on your behalf if you're unable to do so yourself.
Individual results vary, and The Long Game makes no guarantee of specific fitness or health outcomes.
