A bit about me

I’m a mum of four kids and two big hairy dogs and I love DIY! I understand first-hand how important it is to feel physically capable in everyday life and the freedom and confidence it can give you. 

Before this, I had a completely different career path. I worked as a newsreader and later as a primary school teacher. Teaching has always been at the heart of what I do, and that carries through into how I coach today: clear, supportive, and focused on helping people feel confident in what they’re doing.
