We build stability through our feet, ankles and hips and take those drills into motion, walking, turning and navigating obstacles so your balance works in real life, not just when you're standing still.
We work on reaction time to prevent falls and train our brain and our visual system alongside our body to keep our balance sharp

I've been teaching balance and movement for more than a decade - first as part of my yoga classes, and now through The Long Game, a programme dedicated to helping people feel strong, steady and capable as they age.
What I've seen over the years is that balance isn't something you just lose and accept. The people in my classes have gone from gripping the handrail on every step, to walking confidently on uneven ground. From hesitating on stairs to moving freely again.
