Absolutely. Train for Life is designed with beginners in mind, and the 12-week strength course is built specifically for people who are brand new to this. Every exercise comes with clear demonstrations and modifications so you can work at your own pace from day one.
No gym needed. All workouts are designed to be done at home. We'll always tell you what equipment is needed in advance and keep it minimal.
We always recommend checking with your GP before starting a new exercise programme. All workouts include modifications and are designed to be gentle on joints. Please watch the health check video before starting the programme.
Workouts typically run 15 to 20 minutes and you can go on to do further rounds after that if you have time. We recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week for best results, but you go at your own pace. The programme is simple and realistic and designed to help you stay consistent.
